Mr. Sears and Mr. Crawford graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 1991. Immediately thereafter, both attorneys began their careers at insurance defense firms representing corporations and insurance companies in lawsuits filed by plaintiffs. Both attorneys left the defense side of the practice between the 2nd & 3rd year and began representing plaintiffs in serious personal injury and other matters.
SEARS CRAWFORD, L.L.P. was formed to represent primarily plaintiffs in serious personal injury, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, and other matters. We currently handle the following types of cases: Personal Injury, Legal Malpractice, Medical Malpractice, Commercial Litigation, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Employment Discrimination, and other significant cases (see “Areas of Practice” page), SEARS CRAWFORD, L.L.P. has approximately 40 years of trial experience, zealously and successfully representing clients in Texas and throughout the Country.
